cannondale update

today i did it... forked over the money... to do a major upgrade/change on my old cannondale road bike.

it's in storage at my mom's for the move, and i've been dying to ride a new style of bike (comfy, upright, geared, with a rack/panniers, vintagey but smooth..).

so, i finally put 2 and 2 together, and bought stuff. silver fenders, soma sparrow bars, some cross brakes, cute grips, and a green b67 s brooks saddle (hell yes) for $50 (where? it's a secret).

pool day

it's getting warmer, and we're all dying for pool days.

this will be one lazy summer... last summer in texas. forever.

wow.

olle lundberg is an architect, scraps salvager, ikea designer. he has 2 incredible homes, one being a salvaged car ferry boat in the san fransisco bay, and the other being a gorgeous "cabin" in northern california.

haven't been writing, been MOVING, working, camping, going to the vet- ing, etc. today is the day we finally get lucas OUT of his old house, thankfully...... it's been super stressful to all of us.

fonchi already sleeps in my vintage suitcase.... but i think i might have to make some alterations, because these are really awesome.

joe's tattoo

my highschool friend Joe visited CS the other day. Flew in from LA to visit parents, get tattooed, etc. He's got an awesome job as a clothing (graphic) designer for Dreamworks!! not sure of the exact title................ but yeah.
